3 Ring Bit, Comfort Bar, Soft

This bit effectively combines lateral restriction, leverage and pull-open effect in one bit. The level of control depends on the different rings which changes the length of the lever. The 3-ring bit is often used to test the horse‘s reaction to leverage. When used with a second rein, it is similar to a regular eggbutt or loose ring snaffle.
This anatomically-correct bit rests equally on the tongue and bars and offers more room and mobility for the tongue. With this bit the pulled rein will apply pressure evenly on the tongue and bars without squeezing laterally. Also pinching of the lips will be impossible when using bit guards. The Comfort Bar lies very still in the horse's mouth thanks to the shape of the bar. Mullen Mouth bits are considered to be fairly mild. This bit, made of the Beris plastic compound, will enable the rider to communicate with his horse in a more gentle and delicate way. The surface of our bits is very smooth and they slide easily in the mouth, even if the horse doesn´t salivate that much. The soft Comfort Bit is ideal for young and sensitive horses.
