How to measure for a Bucas Rug: measure the horse from (A) the centre point of the chest, over the high point of the shoulder, to (B) the rear of the hind leg. When you have the measurement, choose the nearest size from the size table above. The lenght of body, calculated in either metric, will show you the respective length of the back seam.

Some of the Bucas rugs are offered in special sizes: S, M, L, XL. If your horse measures in between these sizes you might be better getting the smaller size, as the larger size might move around more or end up pulling the rug backwards.

Product description

The Bucas Buzz-off range consists of a very fine mesh fabric that offers UV protection and keeps even the smallest insects away. In addition, the products are extremely lightweight and reflect heat, guaranteeing maximum comfort for the horse even on particularly hot days. The large tail flap also covers the dock sufficiently. The Buzz-off Full-Neck fly rug has an integrated neck piece and thus protects not only the body but also the neck of the horse. Furthermore, the rug has a belly flap that protects the horse's sensitive belly from insect bites. The shoulder and neck area are softly lined to prevent chafing.
