Ergonomic Bradoon Bit Double Jointed, 12 mm

The “Ergonomic” bit range is anatomically adapted to the horse's mouth and becomes slightly narrower towards the inside. An anatomical bit ensures that the pressure is distributed more comfortably and does not press so selectively on the jawbones.

Sweet Iron is a material that gives a slightly sweet taste for the horse as soon as the mouthpiece comes into contact with saliva. The surface starts to rust slightly, which also causes the horse to foam more and accept the bit better. For the double jointed mouthpieces, we use copper inserts, which have a sweeter taste from the outset.

Sweet Iron mouthpieces can show signs of wear more quickly than stainless steel bits, as Sweet Iron has a surface coating that is significantly softer than other types of metal.
